If I buy one online today when will it be delivered?
Your gift card can be sent by email instantly (handy when you’ve forgotten that today is your buddy’s birthday). Or you can pick a date in the future (a neat feature for our more organised customers!).
I’ve a new £50 gift card but want to buy something in the shop for £5. Will I lose the remaining £45?
No way! The balance remains on your card for you to use another time. You can check your balance using the link above. (Just remember that you have a year from the purchase date to use the full amount.)
I’ve got some of your old-style printed gift vouchers – are they still valid?
Yes, absolutely, all the way through to the expiry date shown on the back.
