FAQs
Are there reserves on these bikes? Yes, but they are low and in many cases below our cost price. If your offer falls below the reserve, we’ll let you know.
I can’t get to Mud Dock – do you offer FREE delivery? Yes – we can deliver any bike to mainland UK addresses apart from cargo bikes, which are just too large for us to ship and must be collected from Mud Dock. If you require delivery, please tick the box and give us an idea of where you are when you make your offer.
Can I buy through a cycle-to-work scheme? We can arrange this, but we may need to charge between 5% and 15% on top of your bid to cover our costs. (Please mention cycle-to-work when you send your offer to give us the heads up.)
