FAQs

Are there reserves on these bikes? Yes, but they are low and in many cases below our cost price. If your offer falls below the reserve, we’ll let you know.

I can’t get to Mud Dock – can you deliver? For an additional fee, we can arrange delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland. Note, however, that cargo bikes are too large for us to ship and must be collected from Mud Dock.

Can I buy through a cycle-to-work scheme? We can arrange this, but we may need to charge between 5% and 15% on top of your bid to cover our costs. (Please mention cycle-to-work when you send your offer to give us the heads up.)
