Mud Dock’s workshop has a reputation in Bristol and beyond for quality bike servicing, custom tuning, custom building and professional bicycle repairs. We’re an authorised dealer and service centre for Trek, Cannondale, Brompton, Tern, Shimano and Chris King. So, if your bicycle needs some TLC, or a specific problem needs expert attention, you’ve come to the right place.
Bike servicing
A General Service keeps your bike running smoothly and maximises the life of your chain, cassette and chainrings. Frequent riders opt for this service every 6 months. A Full Service is a must if you’ve a high-end bike or ride most days. Serious cyclists usually book this every 12 months.
Please clean your bike and remove any large accessories (such as child seats) before dropping it off, or we may need to charge extra. Please also note that servicing costs do not include parts.

A range of typical workshop jobs are shown below, but we can take care of plenty of other tasks too. Our general workshop costs start at £75 per hour (plus the price of any parts). So, whatever you and your bike need, just call or email to discuss it and get an estimate.
