Terms and conditions
Please read the following
terms and conditions carefully.
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
- Mud Dock reserves the right to change any advertised
prices at any time.
- Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit
cards or Switch/Maestro debit cards.
- Payment will be debited to your account before
the despatch of your purchases.
- All products are subject to availability and
may be changed at any time.
- If your order cannot
be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full
refund.
- If you wish to exchange your purchase for an
identical one of another size, postage for the despatch of your new
item must be paid. Please include a cheque to the value of the postage
in your original order (made payable to 'Mud Dock Limited') with your
returned item, or make a payment via PayPal to ecom@mud-dock.co.uk
- Delivery of goods within mainland UK is priced
per order.
- All orders are delivered by Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or an appropriate courier. One
delivery option may be significantly cheaper than another depending
on your order, so we advise you to select the different options on the
order form to determine the one that's most appropriate.
- All goods remain the property of Mud Dock until
signed for.
- Delivery to customers outside of the UK can
be made but you will be contacted first to agree the extra delivery
charges.
- Delivery will usually be within seven days
of the receipt of your order.
- Should there be a delay in delivery then we
will notify you within 48 hours, and you will be advised of the expected
delivery date or if the product is no longer available.
- We will endeavour to take all reasonable care,
in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order
and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we
cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
- If the event that your product is lost or damaged
in transit please contact us in writing.
- In case of damage please retain the product
and contact us within 10 days of receipt.
- On occasion we may get things wrong. If a price
shown is incorrect, we reserve the right
to alter the price and offer you the product at the correct price.
- None of the above affects your statutory rights
as a consumer.
