OUR NEXT LADIES' WORKSHOP EVENING WILL BE HELD on THURSDAY 15 MAY. IT'S YOUR CHANCE TO LEARN THE QUICK AND EASY WAYS TO FIX PUNCTURES, DISCOVER HOW TO ENSURE YOUR BRAKES ARE SAFE AND FIND OUT HOW TO STOP YOUR GEARS FROM MAKING THAT FUNNY NOISE.

We'll show you many of the essential tips and tricks to keeping your bike safe and running smoothly.

As well as being your chance to learn how to impress friends, family and fellas, the two-hour session includes wine and nibbles from the café.
