If you and your club or friends are riding the Étape du Tour in 2012 (Act 1 from Albertville to La Toussuire on Sunday 8 July ) make the experience an extra special one with this unique package for a group of 8 to 11 people.

Among its many highlights, this 4-night package includes accommodation in an 18th Century Savoyard farmhouse, run by cyclists and situated in a stunning Alpine location near La Giettaz* on the Col des Aravis – a mere 28km from the start of the Étape in Albertville.

Also included are breakfast and a 3-course dinner each day; and transfers to and from the start and finish of the race.

The 4-night package costs £950 per person for a minimum group of 8 people. A 7-night package is availble on request.

* 90 minutes from Geneva airport; 60 minutes from Annecy; 45 minutes from Albertville

150 Euros per trip for 4/5 passengers and bikes. Alternatively we can recommend a local taxi company.

Bike transport by car from Bristol, UK
to La Giettaz, France
£75 per bicycle. Bikes should be packed in bike bags or bike boxes.

Training weekends and weeks are also available prior to the Étape with local rides over the Col des Aravis, Col des Saisies, Col de la Croix Fry, Col de la Colombiere, Cormet de Roseland. The accommodation is also 45 minutes drive from Col de la Madeleine and an 90 minutes from Alp d'Huez .

  Deposits and payments


 Étape du Tour 2010A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance to be paid in full by 31 March 2012. Cancellations to be made in writing by the party leader.

Cancellation charges as a % of total price:
• More than 60 days prior to arrival date: 50%
• 15-59 days prior to arrival: 75%
• 14 days or less prior to arrival: 100%
